  • How can I pay for my order?

    On our shop you have availble card and paypal payments which are fast and safe. 

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, all parcels have a tracking number. When we create shippment documents we always put e-mail address and courier send a message with the tracking information.

  • Can I return an item?

    All products which are not customized can be return within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
    Returns do not apply to customized products.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location. All customized products will be shipped to you in approximately 7-21 business days from the date of your order. All other products which are availble in stock will be send in 2 business days from the date of your order. 

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, and if you sign to newsletter you will get first information about current promotions and new collections.

  • How can I add my name and number?

    Under the color and size choices there are „add name” and „add number” options. You can type your name and number there. Also you can choose fonts and colors of them, even more – you can choose border colors.

  • Can I add my sponsor logos?
