PULS Wear products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. PULS Wear makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. All our products contain the PULS Wear logo as a trademark of the manufacturer and brand even if it is not visible in the configurator. PULS Wear shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your PULS Wear product contains a defect, you may send the product to PULS Wear for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. We have 14 days to consider the complaint. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at PULS Wear sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by PULS Wear warranty policy will be shipped back to you.

All products which are not customized can be return up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Returns do not apply to customized products!!

The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected by PULS Wear (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Shipping costs are returned by the Shop, but if the Consumer chooses to deliver items other than the cheapest, conventional delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for additional costs incurred.

When returning goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to the seller.

How to return the Product??

Follow these simple steps for an easy return:

1. Completely fill out the return form.

2. Enclose completed return form and items being returned into a package.

3. Take package to carrier of choice and select preferred method of shipment.

5. Please keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit.
